Kenneth Everett Blackwell, 64, of Beeville, TX passed away on April 13, 2019. 

Kenneth, known as "E" by family and friends, was born March 5, 1955, in Pampa, TX to Lena Ruth and Everett Blackwell.

Kenneth is survived by his sister Debra Blackwell Kline of Trinity FL, daughter Sunnie Morgan of Coldwater KS, grandchildren Candace Martin, Hunter Morgan, and Regan Morgan of Karnes City TX, great-grandchildren Landyn Everett Morgan and Davion Hidalgo of Karnes City, and nephews Ryan Ferrell and Reid Ferrell of Pampa.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be determined at a later date.
