SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 21, 2011, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Rev. Gary Snider, officiating.

BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Snider was born May 4, 1955 in Pampa to Lillian and William Hawkins. She graduated from Pampa High School on May 21, 1972. Jill had been a resident of Pampa most of her life, with the exception of the time she lived in Baytown. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She was a strong woman who lived with multiple sclerosis for 40 years. In earlier years, Jill supported the National Multiple Sclerosis Society which her family intends to continue to support in her name. Jill was loved by everyone she met. She was a caring person who put her loved ones before herself.

SURVIVORS: her husband: Tom Snider of the home; a son: Michael Moore and wife Dana of Baytown; 7 grandchildren; a sister: Toni Viergutz and husband Clint of West Cliff, Colorado; stepbrother: Lynn Elliott of Sun City West, Arizona; many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Jill was preceded in death by her parents; her stepmother: Dorothy Hawkins; and her stepbrother: Larry Elliott.
