Peggy Neil (Knoblock Strohmeyer) Boyd

August 21, 1955 - September 30, 2015

Peggy Neil Boyd, 60, of Mountainburg passed away Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2015, in her home. She was born Aug. 21, 1955, in Albuquerque, N.M., to the late Emil and Bennie (Garrett) Strohmeyer.

She was an employee of Experian and of the Baptist faith.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, L.D. Boyd.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday at Ocker Chapel in Alma with interment at Pope Cemetery. The family will visit with friends from 3-5 p.m. Sunday at Ocker Funeral Home in Alma.

Survivors include her two daughters, Heather Wyrick and husband Kevin and Hollie Robertson and husband Ryan, all of Alma; one son, Shane Boyd of Van Buren; two sisters, Barbara Walker of New Mexico and Billie Gemmell-Garrett of Connecticut; and five grandchildren, Ashley Boyd of Van Buren, Katlin Shepherd of Mountainburg, Ava Wyrick of Alma and Hannah and Reed Robertson of Alma.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Wyrick, Ryan Robertson, Eric Robertson, Jay Dollard, Jason Shepherd and Don Couch.
