BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Harris was born March 13, 1955 in Montezuma, Kansas. She married Billy W. Harris on June 1, 1972 in Pampa. She had been a resident of Skellytown for 38 years and was a former Pampa resident for 15 years. Debby was a licensed vocational nurse and worked for Coronado Healthcare in Pampa for 7 years. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Pampa.

SURVIVORS: Husband: Billy W. Harris of the home; 2 daughters: Jennifer J. Bryan and husband Jeremy of Pampa and Bonnie L. Harris of Skellytown; a son: Thomas Harris and wife Camilla of Pampa; 2 brothers: Allen Richter of Clarendon and Clifford Richter of Englewood, FL; 3 granddaughters: Jilian N. Rogers of Knox City, Hannah E. Harris of Skellytown, and Emma S. Harris of Pampa; and a grandson: Tyson C. Harris of Clarendon. She was preceded in death by her father, Erwin Richter, in 2001, and by her mother, Edna Richter, in 1996.
