Mr. Thomas was born Aug. 29, 1955, in Pampa to Frank and Thelma Thomas. He was a handyman.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Jackson Thomas of Pampa; a sister, Cara Shea of Fort Worth; and a brother, Robert Thomas of Fort Worth.
