Anita Faye Thompson

September 30, 1955 – July 21, 2012

Anita Faye Thompson was born September 30, 1955 at the old Highland General Hospital in Pampa, TX. She graduated from Pampa High School with her Class of 1973.

Anita was an active member of Zion Lutheran Church. She also attended the Pampa Satellite School, where she learned to bowl and do arts and crafts.

Anita was always ready to go fishing, play card games or just sit and visit with friends and family. She enjoyed arts and crafts and garage sales. She also enjoyed listening to Blue grass music and playing games on the computer.

She could hardly wait to turn 55 so she could go to the Summit for Sr. citizens where she made a lot of friends, enjoyed her swimming and the movies and outdoors concerts.

Anita lived with her sister Brenda Powell of Grand Prairie, TX and visited her brother Donald Thompson, Henderson, TX.

She is survived by 2 nephews, 3 nieces, 2 great nephews and 15 great nieces.

Viewing and services will be held at Bean Massey Burge Funeral Home, Beltline Rd, Grand Prairie, TX on Tuesday, July 24, and burial will be at New Hope Cemetery, Farrar Texas.
