John Paul Kenner

John Paul Kenner, 61, of Carrollton, died December 24, 2015 in Carrollton.

Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa, with Mike Stevens, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.

Mr. Kenner was born September 2, 1954 in Pampa. He married Lisa Watson on July 4, 1983 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a pipeline welder working throughout the United States, retiring in 2006. John was a former member of Briarwood Church in Pampa. He enjoyed the rodeo, water sports and golf, and loved being with family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Lisa Kenner of the home; a daughter, Kimberly Jones and husband Chris of Amarillo; a granddaughter, Mia Brandyberry of Amarillo; a brother, Karl Kenner and wife Cathy of Amarillo; a sister, Sandy Mathis of Pampa; and numerous nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Evelyn Kenner.
