Kathryn Anne "Kathy" (Gray) Clark

January 6, 1955 - June 27, 2021

Kathryn Anne (Kathy) Gray Clark, 66, of Edmond, OK and formerly of Amarillo, TX passed away on June 27, 2021, in Edmond, OK.

A visitation will be held from 6 P.M. to 7 P.M. at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. A celebration of life service will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 1, 2021, at St. Stephen United Methodist Church.

Kathy is survived by her loving fiancé, Nolan Welborn of Edmond, OK; her children, Jeffery (Betsy) Clark of Missouri City, TX, and Christy Cox (Tyler) of Amarillo, TX; and grandchildren Caden, Ella, and Maddie Clark, and Cooper and Andi-Mae Cox. Kathy is also survived by her siblings Jan (Tom) Panger, Joan (Roger) Puckett of Amarillo, TX, and Bill (Jennifer) Gray of Edmond, OK, and many extended family members.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband of 43 years, Randy.

Kathy was born January 6, 1955, in Fort Worth, TX to Bill and Bettye Gray.

She attended schools in Arlington, TX and graduated from Pampa High School in 1973. She married Randall (Randy) Clark in 1973 and together they owned a successful Farmers Insurance Agency in Amarillo, TX retiring in 2018.

Kathy was a member at St. Stephens United Methodist Church. She had the voice of an angel and sang for many years in the St. Stephen’s adult choir and was a member of One Spirit singing group with her sisters.

She will be forever remembered as a loving and devoted mother, sister, friend, and especially Nana.
